Pelinut Brown with brown tie ribbon. Pili nut is from a pili tree commercially cultivated in the Philippines for their edible nuts. Raw nuts are elongated with pointed blunt ends. Seeds are drilled through for easy stringing, usually with a ribbon to make leis.
