STEP 1:
Let’s first make the center part of this project. Prepare first your 20in. yellow organza ribbon (RB-05Y-M) and 20in. beadalon wire 7 bright (BC07-021BT-30). Find the center of both the ribbon and the beadalon wire.
STEP 2:
String one piece natural “kaong” seed (CN-002E) onto the beadalon wire. Slide it at the center of the wire. And then place it on top of the ribbon.
STEP 3:
From the center going to the left end of this necklace, thread the ribbon onto the beadalon wire. Let the wire pass under the ribbon.
STEP 4:
String the following materials in this order: one piece gray “panyas” bead, ribbon, one piece natural “kaong” seed and ribbon, until you’ve strung the fourth gray “panyas” bead.
STEP 5:
Continue stringing the ribbon and one piece gray “panyas” bead only, until you’ve reached the fourth gray “panyas” bead.
STEP 6:
String the ribbon and the eleven pieces gray “panyas” beads. Leave about a half inch of the beadalon wire from the last gray “panyas” bead.
STEP 7:
Arrange the ends of the ribbon and the wire. Trim off excess ribbon if necessary to even the length of the wire. Have their lengths even. Slide onto the suede end caps (FMSEG-144). Attach seven pieces split rings (FMRS8G-144). On a head pin (FMGPPH028x2-72) string one piece gray “panyas” bead. Make the first half of the wrapped loop, attach to the last split rings then finish the wraps.
STEP 8:
From the center going to the right side of the necklace, thread the ribbon onto the beadalon wire. Let the wire pass under the ribbon.
STEP 9:
To finish this project off, repeat step four up to step seven, substituting the six pieces split rings and the attached wrapped loop with a lobster clasp medium (FMCLLMEG-24).
