STEP 1:
Let’s start on the right end going to the left end of this necklace. First, open a split rings (FMRS8S-144) and attach it to the lobster clasp (FMCLLMES-24).
STEP 2:
On one end of a 28in. beadalon wire (BC19-024BT-100), string one piece crimp tube (FMCRTU3S-15) and the split rings with attached lobster clasp. Go back through the crimp tube. Close the crimp tube.
STEP 3:
Onto the same wire, string these beads in this order, three pieces grey horn saucer beads (RN1608 C) and one piece grey tube horn bead (CRN2305N), until you’ve strung the fifth 3 pieces horn saucer beads. Then string one piece black horn trumpet (SGCL006B).
STEP 4:
Thread one piece bugbog seed (CN016) and one piece horn nugget bead (CRN2600N) onto the beadalon wire. Repeat until you’ve reached the thirteenth horn nugget bead. Then thread one piece agate nugget bead (PS2620AGG).
STEP 5:
String one piece horn nugget bead and one piece bugbog seed. Continue stringing the beads until you’ve strung the third bugbog seed. Then string one piece black horn trumpet.
STEP 6:
Thread three pieces grey horn saucer beads and one piece grey tube horn bead, until you’ve reached the fifth 3 pieces horn saucer beads. Then string one piece crimp tube and one piece split rings. Go back through the crimp tube and back through the horn saucer beads and tighten the wire. Crimp the crimp tube and trim off excess wire. Then attach three more split rings.
STEP 7:
To finish this project off, on a ball pin (FMSPPB027X2-24) string two pieces horn nugget beads. Make the first half of the wrapped loop, attach to the last split rings then finish the wraps.
Design alternative:
Try using a 2in. sterling silver chain as extender instead of using split rings as extender.
