Alice, WA I bought a product (a jewelry component) that had only a limited quantity available, so I bought all they had. Considering that I bought them all and they didn’t need to be counted, it too quite awhile to get the product. However, when it did arrive, the product was exactly what I expected, just like the picture, and of good quality. The price was reasonable. Overall, a good company to work with. I do hope they continue to stock the item I bought, as I would eventually like more, if the piece that I make from it sells well on my website.
