Bayong wood flat oval with enter hole and beading hole on each end. Bayong wood is considered a hard wood and is abundant in the Philippines. Jewelry making is one of the important uses of this natural wood. Bayong wood has been used mainly for lumber. Little sheets of leftover lumber are then used to make beads and sold to jewelry makers.
