I have consistently been satisfied with products and service from Beads and Pieces... once when their parcel failed to arrive it was reshipped. They offer good value for money and are very helpful.

I bought a product (a jewelry component) that had only a limited quantity available, so I bought all they had. Considering that I bought them all and they didn't need to be counted, it too quite awhile to get the product. However, when it did arrive, the product was exactly what I expected, just like the picture, and of good quality. The price was reasonable. Overall, a good company to work with. I do hope they continue to stock the item I bought, as I would eventually like more, if the piece that I make from it sells well on my website.
