Shipping will be actual charges. Shipping options are U.S.P.S and UPS Air shipping, FED EX, U.S.P.S Postal Service and International Express Mail(EMS).
We will ship U.S.P.S (non-trackable) on international orders to select countries for orders UNDER $400.00. For orders over $400.00, we must track your package in transit via UPS, EMS, or FED EX.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept C.O.D for International Orders.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: please be aware that your government may apply a duty charge to your shipment. U.S.P.S is less expensive than UPS but is not trackable. For UPS (trackable) shipping and duty charges, you may call (800)263-8125 for information.

 We do our best to ensure we do not carry items constructed by an endangered species. Our items are approved for shipment by the Bureau of Fisheries & Aquatic Resources, and the Bureau of Animal Industries & Customs, located in the Philippines. Items we ship out are then sent through US Customs with their scientific name and description for approval.
We do not change our product names or "smuggle" any items out of the Philippines or Indonesia.
For example, Corals are banned from obtaining in the Philippines and are considered endangered. So we offer Limestone Corals. (the closest to real coral you can buy without endangering the environment)

 We do our best to ensure all items available for purchase online are currently in stock. If you are unable to locate an item online, it is probably out of stock. Out of stock items are usually available within 2-4 weeks.
In the chance you order an item which is out of stock, you will not be billed for it. It will be canceled unless you check the box next to "Ship out of stock items when available" during our online check out process. If you select that option, we will ship the item when it is back in stock. Back ordered items under 5 pounds ship FREE to all United States destinations via UPS Ground.
